Damage Release Option or Security Deposit

The non-refundable Damage Release Option is $2.00 per person per day. Must be taken by everyone in your group to apply. Releases you from charges for damage to watercraft under normal use. Excludes willful damage or loss of paddles and vests. No security deposit is required if Damage Release Option is taken, otherwise a $10.00 per person security deposit is taken.

Sales Tax

6% PA or 8% NY, depending on your meeting location. Tax-exempt groups must supply a certificate and exemption number for the state in which they are meeting us.

Reservations

Reservations are necessary to assure availability and save you money. Call us between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for trip planning and to make your reservation during the main season, which runs from May-September. Our hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from October-April. A $10 per person deposit for each day on the river secures your reservation. Personal checks are accepted if received at least two weeks prior to the trip. Organization checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted anytime.

Cancellation

River reservations may be canceled up to seven days prior to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $10 processing fee. If less than seven days, you will receive a raincheck provided you have called at least 2 hours prior to scheduled trip time. The raincheck option does not apply to camping. 

Rainchecks

If it is raining in the river trip area, and we are notified at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled trip time, we will arrange for a raincheck or alternate trip date. Please call to verify the weather in our area; our forecast may differ from yours. This does not apply to camping reservations.
